1) Who owns the work

Agape Lens retains copyright to all photos, videos, floor plans, and tours. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the media as described below.

2) Standard listing license (included)

Who is licensed: the hiring agent and their brokerage, for one property address.
Where you can use it:

MLS and MLS syndication (Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, etc.)

Agent/broker websites, email, social media, flyers, postcards, in-office screens

Third-party MLS-feeds used to advertise the same listing

Term: from delivery until the listing closes or expires (whichever comes first), up to 12 months.
Non-transferable: not for other agents, future listings, builders, stagers, designers, vendors, or the next buyer/owner.

3) What isn’t allowed without an upgrade

Selling or giving the media to third parties (builders, architects, magazines, vendors)

Use on future or different listings (same property, new listing = new license)

Heavy edits/filters that misrepresent the property (minor crops/exposure OK)

4) Common upgrades (optional)

Co-listing add-on (second agent/brokerage on the same listing): $39

Relist of same property within 12 months (same agent): $39

Brokerage change (same agent switching firms during the listing): $25 admin

Builder/Developer marketing (use in print/web ads, signs, spec sheets):

Stills only: +$149 per property

Stills + video: +$249 per property

Designer/Architect portfolio (website/social/awards): $199 per property, 12-month term

Company-wide unlimited marketing for that address: $349 per property (permanent)

5) Matterport/3D & hosting

3D/virtual tour hosting: $15/mo or $120/year. If hosting ends, the tour is archived/offline.

License follows the same rules as above.

6) Drone / Airspace

FAA Part 107 compliant. Flights depend on weather/airspace approvals.

If flight is restricted and we cannot fly, any drone add-on fee is refunded or swapped for ground photos.

7) Reshoots, rush, and cancellations (summary)

Rush same-day: +$80 (when available).

Reshoot due to staging/changes/weather after delivery: quoted case-by-case.

Weather holds may be rescheduled at no charge; cancellations <24h: $45.

8) Portfolio & credit

Agape Lens Co. may display work in portfolios, social media, and ads.

9) Accuracy & responsibility

Client confirms access/permissions to photograph the property (including HOA rules, alarm codes, pets), and that media is for marketing, not a home inspection. Agape Lens Co. is not liable for MLS rule changes or third-party cropping.

10) Editing & delivery

Basic color, sky replacement (as needed), and verticals are included; no structural alterations.

Delivery: typically next business day (photo-only), video/tours may vary.

File retention: backups for 6 months; archiving beyond that isn’t guaranteed.
